About Your Therapist
Reaching out for therapy is an act of courage. Even as society becomes more open about mental health, taking the first step can still feel daunting. What truly matters is finding a therapist with whom you feel safe, supported, and able to build a genuine rapport.

A Therapist You Can Trust
Therapy is ultimately about creating positive change through choice. It offers a confidential and impartial space to explore the challenges you are facing in your personal or professional life. My role is to support you in discovering new insights, developing healthier patterns, and reconnecting with your inner strength.
About Me
My own journey of personal development led me into the world of counselling and psychotherapy. I see my role as a companion walking alongside clients as they explore unfamiliar emotional landscapes and uncover deeper meaning in their lives.
My core qualification training includes Person‑centred, Existential, Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic and CBT approaches, allowing me to tailor therapy to each individual. I also hold a Certificate in Online Counselling, certified by ACTO, and have over ten years of experience supporting adults and young people across respected organisations, including Westminster Mind, Saneline, Hestia, Off the Record, Ealing Abbey Counselling Service, and One in Four, as well as in my private practice.
My Therapeutic Focus
While my specialist interest lies in trauma and complex trauma, particularly supporting survivors of childhood abuse, I also work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and identity concerns. Above all, I aim to create a space that is safe, warm, and free from judgement.
Working Together
Collaboration is central to my work. Together we explore your concerns at a pace that feels right for you, allowing space for reflection, healing, and empowerment. My goal is to help you build a deeper connection with yourself and navigate life with greater clarity.
